I am in Redding too. Have you went to the Shasta Chappie OHV behind Shasta Dam? There are a lot of trails out there but some may be closed because the fires. I haven't hit the dirt too hard on my '09, mainly just riding it to work. I have taken some cruises though, I went out 299 to Big Bend and drove around some Forest Service Roads. I can think of dozens of places to go, I just haven't had the time.
