Hey guys whats up? I am new to the forum and I am looking for the same thing.....I want to Re-jet my KLX. I did not find a kit for the KLX250s. I was afraid to get the 300 kit but it sounds like that is what is being used.

Thanks for the help! This is gonna be fun!!

You can gothe dynojet route, or save yourself a couple bucksand buy oem kawi parts. Main jets are about 7 bucks, and the needle with collar and clamp go for about 20 bucks. You should be good with the stock pilot, but some have changed it. Heres the part number for what seem to be the two most popular main jet sizes here, and for the needle parts.

92063-1069--------#125 Main Jet
92063-1074--------#128 Main Jet
16009-1912--------Needle-Jet,N1TC
92143-1667--------Needle Collar (required for N1TC needle)
92037-1401--------Clamp, Needle Jet (Clip, required for N1TC needle)

That stuff will get u started and all it will take is some fine tuning on your part to completment any other mods on ur bike.

www.bikebandit.com is a good website to find these parts, other sites are avaliable too.

Hey thanks....I think I will go to that site and order the part #s you provided. I havea 13 tooth sprocket and I here that really helps also. I can't wait to ride this bike opened up a little. They really choke em down from the factory....emission requirments??

yeah emissions...
When you jet it u should either get a kdx snorkel (bigger inlet and fits perfect into lid), run no snorkel, or run with no airbox lid on to let the bike breathe better.
