we did a group ride on sunday and this modded DRZ sm was keeping up with the sportbikes at 100+,he wouldsnap the front up at around 85 and just pull awayI wish kawi would do a 450sm

I was thinkin of taking my klx but damn glad I took the zrx,at the speeds seen on the 40 mile stretch they would have already eaten and been halfway down the mountains by the time I got there on the klx.Not that I'm ******* on it but just not for that kind of riding. The hills going up would have killed my 250.LOLStill amazed at the speed of the young kids DRZsm

I'm running 13/42 and at 8500 miles my rear sprocket is showing some wear. With this setup on level ground it will pull 80mph fairly easily with my girlfriend and I aboard. Combined we are around 280-290lbs. That's 80 mph @ full throttle though, it will slowly creep to 85 but takes quite some time. It's funny how the "gutless" 250 even when ridden 2-up is faster than most other traffic when it comes down to stoplight to stoplight.
