Another price question
I know we just had a thread about The Fleecing of Kawasaki Owners in the parts department, but I just gotta know this. I went to the dealer to pick up a couple oil filters, and out of curiosity asked how much a replacement countershaft sprocket would cost me..... $42.50 and special ordered!! OMFGWTFROFLcopters
My friend's '02 Ninja 250's CS sprocket was a whopping 12.99. Please tell me that everybody else with an 09 (or I guess 07 and back) are being quoted this ridiculous price and that the lady at the parts desk wasn't that effing stupid SLASH the stealership markup that high.

I've given my dealership three chances, they stock absolutely nothing for my KLX. I have found that if I have to have the OEM part, it is cheaper to order from www.ronayers.com. Even with shipping, the part costs less, and since it's delivered to my door, I save the expense of another trip to the dealer too.
