Default Airing down and hitting the trails!

Well, I'm off for my first trail ride on the KLX this weekend. Over to Theilman, MN for one of the twice per year chances to ride the Zumbro Bottoms.

Note to self - get some pics of the bike all fresh and spiffy BEFORE the trail ride!

I've got some Dunlop 606s mounted up. How low do people set the tire pressure on these for trail riding? I'm not running rim locks.

I may sound like a broken record, but my wheels are never spinning a tube. I run max all the time. Letting some air out might help with the bumps and traction but I'm not taking any chances. Just my opinion. Good luck.

Higher pressures should help guard against pinch flats too.

Have fun Powershouse, I won't be able to join our group for this one but the bridge is back. Some recent rain, should be great. Hope it goes up sand hill for you (even though it fights me) challenge is good.
