Default After market radiator?

Is there any source you can recommend for an aftermarket rad for a 2009 KLX 250S?

Thanks

eBay might be a better bet.

i doubt anyone makes one. you may be able to modify another model to work but i bet OEM kawa would be the only source for direct fit.

There might be an independent rad shop out there to fab you one......but they are rare. I had a local rad guy hand-build me from brass. VERY labor intensive. Mine holds an extra quart (copper 3-row versus aluminum 2-row OE) and I don't use a rad fan. The difference is pretty amazing. (I think there's a pic of it on my page.) The guy who made it said building it took way too many hours to make, and he would never do another one.
The GREAT part is, you can repair any stone nicks/holes with a soldering iron....and I have. You can't do that with an OE. If you can find a builder, I highly recommend doing it....even if it runs you 500-600 bucks (and you DO plan to keep the bike!)

**Edit: Sorry the photo is kinda crappy.
