Justin, I got the shark fin from RockyMountainATV for $125.99 stock #1024510005 it is for a 2006 Kawasaki KLX300. Fits right on our bike.

 

You should be good with this pump model. Those are exactly the type used on snowmobile. I just hope that the 4 stroke vaccum is not too different from a 2 stroke. Anyway I would have try exactly this pump model as you to start with. If she doesn't pump enough...I would try to plug the vaccuum in the crankcase to get the up and down move from the piston. And ultimatly if it doesnt work find an atv one that do work on a four stroke.
