intake: .100 - 190mm/ .10-.20 basicly, so if the .15 fits and the .20 doesn't, your right on. If the .20 fits in between...too loose
exhuast: .150 -240mm/ .15-.25, .25 should never fit, .20 is your goal.

isnt the range from .15mm to .19 mm on one of the cams? im not sure how to measure that that precise to see what exactly it is... say i tried using the .15mm guage and its too thin, so i go up to .20mm gueage and its too thick how do i know exactly what the clearance is?

If your gauges have increments in between, you could add two or more together to come out to the range you are looking for, as well, double-checking to make sure that it's still not too much, with the top end, single guage, for example, the .20mm for the intake. Just make sure they are really clean, so as not to add any additional clearance due to grime, grease or dirt.
