Thumbs down 600 miles

It's now becoming slippery on the trail. My rear tire almost shot at 600 miles. Can't believe it. 99% rocky intermediate to hard packed trail. Trackmaster 2 is great but wears fast.

I was always happy with the traction and wear of the Dunlop D606

the trackmaster is a give and take tire.

at first the traction kicks ***, good good tire over all, but it wears fast.

right now im on a ac10, seams like a trackmaster but more pricey.

I am trying Metzeler Unicross. DOT legal, square ***** exclusively. Supposedly 50/50 tire.

Got a good deal @ 100 bucks shipped for both fr/rr.

Next is Dunlop D606 when the time comes.

IMO trakmaster is good for soft muddy terrian. Rocks and hard terrain i think i would be looking at trying something else. I get pretty good mileage out of them. Maybe try a trials tire.
