351 and stock exhaust

Those are rivets to hold the new endcap i put on in place. Theres no way to repack the stock exhaust, at least that i could see.

To get this thread back on track
2007 Green Machine, just get the 351 and have fun. Seems to me that the 351 with stock exhaust is still going to have more power and torque than a 250 with exhaust and carb mods, PERIOD.

Here is a thought. I will help you do the marcelino cam mod. You can keep your stock exhaust, no extra parts need to be purchased. And you will gain extra power! PM me.

The cam mod alone would add very little to the bike, even in his orginal write up he went to stage two and then claimed the improved performance was from the cam mod and I can tell you that going to strage two without the cam mod is a night and day improvment over stock.

Just what I wanted to hear. If I do need an aftermarket exhaust to get it running right I will buy one but not until after the 351 is in with the stock exhaust.

wouldn't you just want to do all the jetting and tuning with the exhaust?...you'll end up having to adjust it again after getting an exhaust....no?

that would require buying everything at once though.
