Jason, are U speed reading again? He said 'wet sleeve' . That means it breaches the water jacket .

I still have my OEM 249cc cylinder setting in the shed. If the price is right, it could occupy the same space re-incarnated as your 350 kit...patiently waiting for blowby on my 300.

12.5:1 CR is behaves best with premium fuel though, unless one wants to open-up the combustion chamber a bit. A bit more overlapping cam profile would help as well...already got that!

I designed the sleeve so that it has the same volume as the stock cylinder. The only difference is where the coolant flows from the head to the cylinder it is now 10% smaller
shouldnt make that much difference.

Yes I still make the braided stainles steel brake lines the front line is $57.00 rear is $34.00 + $5.00 shipping. I got hit with a price increase like like every one else sorry.

I just wanted specific clarification from the man himself on what exactly this kit does. The sleeve can still breech the wall but occupy the same space as the aluminum and not decrease water volume. I assume nothing. It takes two seconds to ask and answer a question, so why not do it?

Thanks for the 411 Bill. I am interested. Keep us posted on your results. Like I said, I'm sure you'll sell a few here.

Thumbs up Re; 350cc Upgrade

I'm interested, Bill. I have already sent a private e-mail to you with some questions and comments.

So, for the count, consider me as "on-board" also.

Regards, Rod
