Do you own the KLX? If so, what CC?

I think you will be very happy with the FCR carb. I have one now and it is completly different than a CV carb. It should do what you have been wanting all along, pop a big wheelie when you nail the throttle. Looking forward to your reaction to it.

Umm...I do and I don't. I still have my 250S, but my dad is going to buy it from me. It is the perfect bike for him. It was the perfect bike for me for about 6 months, but as my riding skills got better, I was starting to beat the bike up. We don't have slow technical trails around here, which is what the 250 excels at. I bought a DRZ400E. It was too cheap for me to pass it up. I was going to end up spending lots of money on the 250 to make it how I wanted. That's one reason that I was so interested in Nobrakes mods (still am interested). So basically for no money out of pocket, I now have bigger cc's, pumper carb, better suspension, a 5-speed and a more uncomfortable seat.

Ohhhh, but at least Corbin (DRZ400) gives you a nice option should you want a more comfy seat.

The 331cc bore kit came from Kustom Kraft - http://www.kustom-kraft.com . You have to supply the cylinder though. Total price including cylinder was $750, not including shipping.

The Keihin 35mm FCR pumper carb all set up and ready to drop into the KLX came from Four Stroke Works - http://www.fourstrokeworks.com . Total price for that was $600, shipped.

You can get the FCR cheaper elsewhere it requires some modifications to make it fit into the KLX. Jerry does all those at his shop so when you get it it is ready to go, so the value add from Jerry is pretty good, IMO.
