Big bore makes wheelies a breeze. On my bike 2nd is the best right now, just sit back a bit and roll on the throttle. 3rd is a bit of a bounce/pull affair.

1st is scary as either the tire breaks loose or the bike wants to just flip over.

Mine is still 250 and i can bring it up in first with just hitting the throttle. No popping the clutch. I can't keep it up long just because I am still not good at it but keep trying. I would love to be able to bring it up in second.

I can finally pop my 250S up in 2nd on throttle alone. Cheap/free mods weren't enough, Vortex throttle made it closer, but the KLX250R stock muffler (with buttplug removed and a CNC power tip installed) and a commensurate rejet put me over the top. The gain in bottom and mid were very noticeable with the 250R can, but it almost feels like I broke even or even maybe lost just a tad on the topend pull. I probably need to play with the jetting/clip position a bit more.
