Import one of these and make the neighbors truly jealous.

HSV Maloo Ute is powered by a 6.0-litre V8 engine outputting 307kW of power (400hp+) to the rear wheels.

Fits 2 bikes in the back too. Sweeeeet.

I feel your pain........ Although after three years and mucho modifications I let the KLX250 go and replaced it with a KLX450. Good move.
But I was feeling a little guilty back in November when I bought my 09 Tacoma for not buying "American". But those feelings are gone. The Taco is a great truck, I'm extremely pleased with it, and as it turns out, the government don't want us to buy american anyway. Dictating to the manufactures what to do, throwing money at them to satisfy the UAW, then watching while they shut dealers down, and file bankruptcy.
What a great country!
Buy the Toyota!

Pontiac was planning on importing those and calling them G8 ST (sport trucks). That was before GM decided to kill Pontiac.

As far as the Tacoma goes, I think they are the best small truck out there. If I were to buy a full-size truck I'd go with GM, but if I needed something smaller I'd get a Tacoma. I owned one 10 years ago when I lived in North Dakota and that thing took a lot of abuse. It only had 105,000 miles when I sold it but those were hard miles. I even rolled that thing once when I was playing in the dirt.

A lot of things are a lot like women, you wouldn't understand because you are a woman.......at least we thought you were...That's still up for debate.
