I need to buy a new frame. Any one know what year klx250 frames will fit my 08 klx250s?

Im currently looking at an 07 klx250 frame. will it fit?

Oh OH...why? I don't know what fits, but am more curious as to why your frame is bad? Have a wreck?

 

I think it was the 2009's that have the different tail end, so I would think 2008/2007 frames are the same?...just a guess though.

 

There was no 2008 KLX250S, the 2009s were released in early/mid 2008. You'd have to check a parts fiche to see if the '06/'07 frames are the same as the '09. I think it's BikeBandit that has the online parts fiche.

 

You said you got a 2008 KLX?....if there were none...then you got a rare bike on your hands...lmao

 

If you're fixing the bike, you must be okay, so we need a story and pictures of the fiery crash.

 

let us know what it all come out too, i could use a new frame also, i beat the hell of my bike.

 

I highly doubt a 2007 frame will fit a bike newer than 2007.. Try a 2008 or 2009..

 

Untested whether an 07 kit will fit an 09 frame and VV. The main areas will be the swingarm fitting and the triple clamps. I would think the engine fitting would be a straight swap though. The tail is different and different plastics are apparent although its not such a problem as they are really fitted to the tank and seat. Although only a few small problems, there are enough to cause headaches. Go for the year/model frame you are replacing. Easier all round.
