Default 2007 KLX250 Tire Size

Hello,
New to the forum and riding.

I've got an 07 KLX250S and I'd like to take my dirt tires off and replace with street tires.

My stock tires are 3.00-21 and 4.60-18

Will all these metric size tires fit?
Front
90/90-21
80/100-21
80/90-21

Rear
120/90-18

Are there any other sizes I'm missing? How do I know what will and wont fit?

I'm sure a million people have done this, if so do you have any tire brands to recommend. I'm looking for slow wear and good handling.

Thanks and sorry if these questions seem dumb.

Yep! All those will fit.
110/100-18 rear will also go, as will a 120/100-18 rear.

Thanks WestOZ.
My girlfriends XT225 has 2.75-21 and 120/80-18

So then I'm assuming any of the above mentioned tires would fit her bike too?

i was looking at kenda k270 tires and they don't have a 4.60-18 rear tire. They only have a 4.50 and then going bigger a 5.10. Will either of those work? does anyone have these tires?

I have a 2006 and I run the k270 4.50 on the rear with no problems got just about 10,000 miles on the set and still have alittle life in rear tire.

The Kenda K270 4.50x18 will work. That is what I'm riding on now. And oddly enough, a 5.10 is shorter than a 4.50, but is wider. So far with the K270, I've clocked 4,200miles on then with about 80~90% street. And theres still tread left to go on with.

Any one have any experience with these tires???
I plan on going 90/90-21 and 120/90-18

Metzeler Lasertec Motorcycle Tire
Conti Go! Motorcycle Tire
Conti Tour Motorcycle Tire

PS Am I the only person to relocate the fanny pack below the rear fender. I see all these mods but there sits the fanny pack like (to me anyway) a sore thumb. I'll post a pic soon.

Great screen name! If I had re-located my tool bag under the fender, I think it would be long gone. That rear wheel really compresses up into the fender when it has to. Even if your not doing very rough riding I think the tools would put a lot of strain on the bag as you hit bumps. Interested to see the pics.

For what it's worth, I use Avon Distanzias for pavement. They've been good to me.

I'll get a pic this weekend dan.

Thanks scott, is it a 120/80-18 in the rear? They look like pretty sweet tires. Do you ever take them off-road? The more I look at these Distanzias the more I like them. Damn I cant make up my mind. Oh yeah how many miles do you usually get?
