This bike is like brand new! Only 562 miles, approximately 500 on pavement. This bike is super CLEAN and has been babied! Oil has been changed twice and the bike has been serviced at the dealer already. This bike gets great fuel economy, 60 MPG. This bike was bought last year so there is still a factory warranty left. Will also include $150 HJC matching helmet and a pair of scott goggles. 256-698-2891

nada average retail is $3025. kbb.com is at $3595 but is what a dealer is allowable to ask for. Just fyi.

Suggested Retail Value $3595 The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the unit has been fully reconditioned and is in excellent condition. Mileage/condition and additional equipment may have a substantial impact on the value shown above. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the unit's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions.

How does a bike only get only 562 miles on the clock in 2 years?
That should be a crime.

I love the bike. I really don't care if I sell it or not. I just saw what other people were asking for theirs on craigslist (some asking $4200) and thought "hey if I can sell this bike and make some money I might as well." I can always find another good dealfrom someone who is desperate to sell theirs!

That's just odd. Did you buy it new in '06? You've barely ridden it (but you love it) and you want to sell it and your gear for whatever amt. (doesn't really matter). You don't care if it sells or not, but you're just fishing to make a few hundred bucks? To me, it raises the question of why did you buy it to begin with? To each their own. Good luck, ya never know what the market will bare.

Actually I bought it 3 weeks ago when it had 370 miles on it. So I have put almost 200 miles on it in 3 weeks. Like I said I love the bike. The guy who originally purchased it never rode it. It was so clean I bought it without even hearing it run. Of course I did start it up before I forked over the cash but you get my point. Like I said I saw the ridiculous amounts people were asking on Craigslist and thought if I can make a few hundred bucks why not? If i don't sell it that's fine, I'll just ride the heck out of it. Sorry if I offended you guys by posting this on this board. You guys are all to smart to pay that much, I guess maybe I should not have posted it here...
