Yeah but thats dry heat Neil....

lcp...have a great trip, but I'm warning you now, you are going to regret only doing three days....ditch the guide, rent cheap bikes from Wild Rider instead of the ktm's and go it alone.....a group of 8 is huge.

But if not have fun, because you WILL.....Costa is awesome.

for reference my ride report on our lil forum

https://www.kawasakiforums.com/forum...ighlight=Costa

And the ADVrider version.....if I ever reminess of the trip, I check the klx forum version.

You're fortunate Neil now that it's summer in Oz.
Palm trees and sun tan oil man!
It seems just like yesterday when I would get in my car after work and it was 116 degrees inside. Highest temp I recorded this past summer in the Bonneville. I'll take that anyday over this freezing mess that is approaching tonight. Looks like the front is over central Oklahoma now.

Had the opportunity to meet all of these jokers through my new friend and riding partner who all are members of the ADVRider forums. They invited me to join their forum and I might but I'm quite happy here.
Go for it.. Do both! We dont mind if you two-time us

Great photos. I got curious and google mapped your town. Wow, I saw all these blue spots on this white and green. It actually took a second for my mind to register that that is water. you have little lakes and ponds every where. How cool!

I have an uncle in AK. He is back on my list of people to visit. Ha!

I get palm tress and sand everywhere. Last week I was up near Crestline and got to ride on "real dirt"... It's soft, just the way I imaged, when I see it in photographs

Already booked the tour and the flight. Some of the guys did it last year and it had a great time. The guide is an "A" rider so you gotta bring your a-game
to keep up.

True but, they are forecasting 37 and cloudy.
That near enough 100 and humid.

And Saturday is the annual charity toy run.
http://bikerscharityride.org/
There will be about 5000 bikers all riding together, all carrying a present for needy kids.
Haven't missed one for more than 15 years. Well since I got back from Europe in 93.

Well you better ride fast, so you can get ahead of the group and take pics so you can post them here .... FIRST before you do on that other adv forum.

I can't post pic's here unless Brian fixes 'em for me. It's a pain in the *** so I just don't bother anymore. I'm going with another member here so I'll see if he will do it instead.

Posting pics on this forum is as easy as any other forum... load pics to photobucket then cut and paste into the thread between [IMG] [/IMG]

Put picture paste between the imgs

easy peasy
