I have a chance to get a 07 klx at a real good price, about $3,000 with 700 miles. I was going to get a 09 klx or an xt250 because I will ride it 99% on the street. I want a small bike like I started on 25 years ago. Any comments?

Hey deej,I didn't meen to get you wound up about the xt man,I'm just stating how my TTr has fallen apart fast and I just ride it normal,not like the yz that I beat the living crap out of and it just keeps going.I put the baja designs street kit on the TTR and after getting the klx and riding it,there was no way the ttr would do on the street what the klx does.I have a buddy that had an Xt and we traded for a few miles and he could feel the difference between the two also.He won't sell his for a klx because it does everything he needs it to but said he wished he would have checked on the klx first. Again deej,if the xt was better we would all be chatting on the yami forums instead.

Here is what I wrote:What year is yours? Ihave seen these things close to 20 years old still running and looking good. What did you do to it?
Oh and my wife's bike is a 2006 and the other one in the garage is a 2003, both are awesome bikes, but I guess nothing compared to the KLX right?
