Fill in the blank.

The third picture is of a ___ cc KLX Header.

Thanks.

Can't comment on the pic as it's a dead link.
Either way the Two Brothers will fit both the 250S and 300R headers.

I think this exhaust looks hot on a kawi!!
Here are the shots i've got. I do vaguely remember the mechanic saying something about the frame where the slip on bolts up. Removing the welded nut/a spacer? Can't really recall.
Hope the photos help.

If you look closely at the picture of your slotted header flange, it almost looks like it's been cut shorter - by maybe a 1/4 inch. It might just be the camera angle but I'd swear that my flange is longer than that. Not bragging or anything... I'll go snap a picture of it and post it later tonight. I need to get my daughter to bed first.

Looks like this one. It's from a 250S. In the photo you posted the header does appear shorter than mine. It is usual for USA spec bikes to run a 250S header. To be 100% I'd have to measure its length. Still, it looks shorter to me.

Looking at it again, I'm 100% sure you have a 250S header. The 250S muffler (what we get down under) fits up inside the smaller taper of the two on the header, and fits in a lot deeper. (because it's a 300R header). Yours is fitted up inside the larger of the two tapers on the header. 250S header for sure.

Thank you very much! I have been pricing out headers and mufflers. I have been pricing out full systems anyway, but it is good to know what you have. What is the lower header in the picture that you posted?
I wonder why they stick a 300 header on in Oz?
