Not so sure....Since I clipped 2300 miles my 09 has started with a sniffle...Kinda like early cold season tunning needed or maybe....Im thinkin the true valve adjustment/Thicker shim....Maybe thicker or tighter air filter needed to cut back on the cool crisp air.....More back press pressure on the exhaust I think would smooth out the bike during 50 degree weather...Gotta heat the motor back up...
Just thinkin my bike runs great when its 90 out in the middle of the day....But when in the morning or at night when the temps hit 55 degrees or a 40 degree and the sun is down..My bike acts up....

Mine did the same here..........
the factory setting are too lean and cooked the spark plug.
I'm not saying thats the problem, but spark plugs are a cheap and easy check- I also rejetted and the gecko is much happier-
MPG only suffered 5 MPG; but to me the cooler temps and more gitty up is well worth it
