09 Jet spec Q4 & Header
For those interested (Im in Australia running 95 octane premium), FMF header (with the bomb thingy in it), Q4 exhust, kdx snorkel - my jetting:
140 main
40 pilot
air screw 2 turns out idles real well.
stock needle shimmed 1 mm from stock (2 x 0.5mm washers)
Two holes at top of slide epoxy up.
Drill out hole at bottom of slide to 3 mm (so 2.6 ish mm bit??)
Possibly running the slightest bit rich at top, so 138 main maybe better but still is running real clean everywhere and pulls real strong everywhere. The 40 pilot makes the bike run heaps better down low and idles perfect. Bike starts up anytime, anywhere, any temp.
Stock 35 pilot is way too lean to use with this setup - dont even bother.

FS at 2 turns out.
OE N1RX needle raised 1.5 mm.
No airbox lid.
Twin Air filter
All the slide mods.
No backfire screen and OE header with Two Brothers M7 pipe.
98 RON fuel always.
Runs great. Never had a problem starting, ever.
