I recently downloaded the 09' service manual from a link on forum here thanks who ever scanned it in!
I am in UK so have f.i bike would much differ over all? or would the differences be more so in US to UK version, would things like valve clearances be same?
Where would one find a f.i 09' klx 250 manual?

 

Thailand and Indo' get FI. Try a PM to Savagekilla, he's in Indo', he might be able to help out. As for the valves, it's all the same as the 07 models with the carb'.

 

My Thai spec bike came with the Thai language manual which covered the FI and a few weeks later my deal sent me the english language version. Next time home I 'll ask my guy if he can getme the english language service manual too. I would think that it would be available in the UK and the rest of the EU. May have to scour some EU websites.

By the way Savagekilla is in Sri Lanka not Indonesia.
