Took a trip out from Perth to the prologue of the Australasian Safari early this morning. Bloody cold, 1oC driving through the forests on the way to York. It was really enjoyable to see the type of bikes that are needed for this top level competition. KTM, and Bergs were really well turned out, as were the Hondas. No showing from Kawasaki sadly. There were a number of other bikes from BMW, Husky', and Suzuki. Anyway I had my camera so I shot away. I posted the best shots on ADV, along with a couple of films. (Too many shots for the photo limit on Kawa' Forums.) I made a special effort to get plenty of close up shots of the big oranges just for you Finger. Enjoy.

does No.5 have a aux fuel tank on both sides of the bike>\?

 

I saw KTM's and Yammies with aux tanks on both sides.

Yes. They're symmetrical. Check the 'low boy' pipe.
