Crankcase breather mod, #138 main jet, #40 pilot jet, raise needle about 1mm, remove airbox lid and adjust the fuel screw to suit. That should get you started.

How difficult is it to repack the mufflers... 2 brothers, Big Gun, FMF, Muzzy, HMF..(pop riveted canister, allen bolts, etc)?

Buy a 2 Brothers re-pack kit. Remove the end cap,, remove the packing, replace in reverse. Sweet.

Yeah your2 Brothers outfitted bike looks great, I'm sure that is where I seen it before. Sounds like packing maintenance is a snap.

The FMF doesn't look all that bad, heard great things about the powerbomb header.

I went for the Big Gun full sytem, mainly because I got it cheap on Ebay.
$A500 landed was a very good price.
I think the local shop wanted $A1300.[:@]

No complaints.
Got the vortex quiet insert but I never use it.
It would be a bit loud for extended road use but heh
