Default 09' 331 Install Pics

Heres it just a few pics i took during my 331 kit install, much thanks to Bill Blue who did a great job. The install went pretty smooth except for having to make numerous trips to the store pick up little things here and there, and the need at times for a third hand but all in all went real nice. I was a little weary about tearing into this project as I have never worked on a bike before this. Although I am very mechanically inclined and have overhauled a few aircraft piston engines. Some of you might think I'm crazy for ripping into such a new bike but I have a long winter here and not much to do on my off time. Besides my warranty will be up by the time riding season kicks back in. I think the power gain will justify my decision as I haven't even taken it for a spin yet. To damn cold, but she did fire right up and sounded very nice and throaty. For now I just have the stock carb installed with 128 main and stock pilot Airbox Lid on, KDX snorkel and K&N. This is just till I have broken the engine in as I know the carb is tuned correctly to my setup. Once this is done I will install the mikuni TM36-68 for the extra giddy up.
