'07 KLX250s 50 state legal?

Is the '07 KLX 250s street-legal in all 50 states, i.e. legal in California?

If it is, (or isn't) can someone point me to written documentation ?

the 09 will be but the 06 and 07 are not legal in california. unless you put 7500 miles on it first.

WRONG!! I have an 07 KLX250s which I bought new (zero miles) and it is TAGGED and PLATED here in Los Angeles

ok, let me know what dealership it is that sold it to you, i have a friend that would like to buy one. ive never seen a klx at a california dealership before.

Damm..And I thought I had the only CA plated KLX in Los Angeles.

Althought mine is an 06' What dealer and what was the price, if you dont mind me asking?

Does anyone know if the '09 KLX250S turned out to be a 50 State bike?
