Yes, the stock pilot is a #35.. If the DJ140 gets my top end AFR in the 12's with the FMF system on, and it makes mopowah, your bike could probably get more, more than mine - My MCM peaks lower than your standard cam timings and the FMF system has the same O.D. as your KLX 300 system..

From memory, I believe it was 38P, 125 main, and N1TC 3rd clip.

Since I'll be putting in DJ #140 main jets and #40 pilots on both the KLX250 (2152 kit) and the KLX300 (2206 kit) , I suppose I had better provide the forum with a close up photo of the two needles. I can't find such a photo anywhere on the internet..

BTW: DJ will not sell needles - they make you buy a kit to get a needle..
