This one is still just a prototype; I used a jig saw to cut it out. Then I over laid it with Carbon fiber vinyl. The 0.190” material is plenty thick enough. That is the same thickness for most skid plates. It is attached to the brake assembly bracket by using one existing bolt hole and then drilling 2 more in the webbed part of it. No strength in the bracket was compromised. I still need to locate some one that will be able to cut these out for a reasonable rate.

I received a quote, so what is a reasonable price? The quote didn’t come in as low as I thought it would.
