Haha good eye Brian, but I did a check before the ride. And it didn't hit it.

Is that because you didn't hit any bumps? I saw where you turned around. Man, we ride a long time just to get to starting points that look like that, that's where it starts getting good!

Seriously though, good pics, always like seeing these ride reports. Best part of this forum, IMO.

Beautiful country out there. Any idea what it would cost to ship a couple of KLX's cross country from North Carolina? My son is moving out to Portland, OR for grad school (leaving this weekend) and it looks like you're maybe 4 or 5 hrs north? Might be worth the expense based on your ride reports!!!!!

Fantastic report Deej. Looks like the summer is in full swing. I'm cramming rides at the moment in anticipation of the big winter rains. Still dry so I'm safe for a while. I hit the same trails yesterday that I reported on recently. A few variations but put in another 125 km. I'm with NoBrakes on the "gnarly schute." I would have hit that without a doubt. True ADV spirit. Ride on.

You mean this one?

I thought commenting on a photo in a ride report was on topic? As far as bragging, seriously? You're kidding, right? But I'd love to join you for some sugar, I know we'd have fun.

Ok, now it's off topic. See above.

You guys want sugar, come play over here. It's more like flour than sugar. It's that fine.
Now we really are off topic, and wide too. (edited. TOOO wide.)
