welcome to the family!!!! I got 48 months of warranty for 410$ from kawi direct! I skipped the dealer and used the bargaining (my wife bargained for me!) she scored the deal with the interest rates too. she also scored my 4.99% over the loan life but i have since paid it off since March.......she wheels and deals but that is her job and i let her do it because she has planty of toys to play with.....

I wish it would be so easy, I had to find a out of state bike (preferabally Nevada or Arzona!) luckily I found a Nevada plated bike here in CA, this bike had to aquire 7500 miles real fast before it could get the CA plate.....you know the rest of the story.

You did good with your research. The price of the bike aside, you also discovered which dealer was the better to get service from. Congratulations on the purchase and good job on the research!
Now that the easy part is done, get out and ride ........ then mod your a** off!

The dealerprice for coverage is above Kawasaki MSRP. You may be better off contacting Kawasaki directly and skipping the dealer route.
That is incorrect.... i waited almost a year to extend my coverage, and i recieved the letter from kawi about it, and the dealer gave me a way better price... get it from the dealer. You got 24 months for 300 with a 10% discount?..... i got 24 moths for 285 without a discount, thats just how much it was.... sounds like they took you for a loop...

YES!!!! Another sheep into the fold. You will love the bike, I have 6500 miles on mine and have never been bored. If it wasn't for the full face helmet I would come home every time with bugs on my teeth. Have fun, and get them ride reports coming.

Im hoping I can find the time this week to pick my bike up. I work 10-6:30 & the dealer is only open till 7pm 2 nights a week. Saturday is my 1 & only hunting day so I may have to get out of the woodsto pick her up.

The dealer said he couldn't do better on the warranty ($570 4 yrs)I will check back with him in the spring. I would rather spend my money with them then go elsewhere but for a $270 differencein this case I gotta take what breaks I can get. $270 is a slip on or motor parts.

I cant wait!
