Default 2008 KLR650.................

Just thought I would let everyone know that I took delivery of my new 2008 KLR650 Yesterday. I am a huge Kawasaki fan and this is my first duel purpose bike, so I am a little sceptical. The new styling is fantastic in person. Pictures do not do this bike justice. I will keep everyone posted on how it performs.

In loose gravel it can be a bit scary. It's not a dirt bike the weight makes it a bit harder to corrrect in the deep stuff. in birt or packed gravel it a dream to ride. The road bikes have the problems keeping up or staying up. Gotta relax.

If I can help let me know. First of all you need to host your pics on a website like photobucket. If you already have a photobucket account then its easy. If you don't there are other picture hosting sites out there. Let us know if we can help.

Ahhhh yeh so I pretty much bought his bike.Time he got back from hunting I put 350 miles on it and laid it down in some soft mud.Wasn't pissed but he metioned selling it.I didn't want to wait till March to get a new one sooooo.....it's mine now.I've added heated grips, taller kawi windsheild, cruise control and a White Bros XCR pipe is on the way.I've added another 400+ miles on it since!!!!!It's fun exploring!!!!
