well this is the list of parts i came up with, since 3rd gear shatterd, and messed up other gears in the proccess......

main shaft 2nd gear
main shaft 6th gear
main shaft 3rd/4th combination gear
main shaft 5th gear
counter shaft 5th gear
counter shaft 3rd gear
counter shaft 4th gear
counter shaft 2nd gear
shift drum
center shift fork
left hand shift fork
right hand shift fork
clutch hub (broke off 2 of the little studs that the clutch bolts bolt to, trying to break nut loose)


i cannot find these parts online, i called the kawi dealer, they said just for main shaft 2nd gear was 75$, and one shift fork was 35$, i didnt even bother to ask for the rest of the prices, if its going to cost that much, a new motor is only 750$

what would you do in my shoes?

 

Yikes! If I were you, I'd compare what it is going to cost you to fix it/have it fixed.....

Weigh out the pros and cons I guess. Best of luck, let us know how you make out
