Secondary clutch

Secondary clutch
I'm trying to build one mule from two.
I have pulled the primary clutch, it was threaded onto the engine output shaft, and easy to remove.
The secondary clutch also appears to be threaded on, but I can't get it to budge.
is there something I'm doing wrong?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

You tube
thanks, every you tube video I've watched show the clutches sliding off of a splined shaft.
I have not seen any videos of threaded shafts.

Ok, maybe my checking YouTube comment was not the brightest idea. However, give me the year of the mule and what model. I can then look at any fiches that are available since I do not have any factory manuals on the mules.

Secondary clutch
My transmission input shaft, appears to be externally threaded. I remove the center retaining bolt, but can't seem to get the clutch to unscrew off of the transmission shaft.
The engine output shaft is also externally threaded, and the primary clutch easily unscrewed.
I can't find any mention of these clutches being threaded on.
the exploded drawing doesn't show the transmission input shaft.

OK, all I am able to find is the standard bolt/washer holding the driven converter. Using a puller, the assembly slides out
What part number is listed in your factory service manual for the tool that is needed for this?
If you do not have the factory manual, probably is a good time to spend the $60 or so.
Sorry for not being able to help you on this.
Good Luck and safe riding
