Once again I can be of little help cause I dont know your machine but if you do indeed have coils they will be connected to the spark plugs in some way. trace the spark plug wires back until you find regular size wireing. Whatever connects the small wires to the big wires SHOULD be the coil. If you can get your hands on the manual that would help greatly.

Have you checked the floats and needles? You may have one thats not letting enough fuel in.

I don"t know if this will help you or not but on a yamaha I have. There was a little rock that clogged up my coolant hose and the thing had a safety on it that would bog it down when the motor got hot but it would still run so you could get back.It took me awhile to figure it out. Not sure if the kawasaki have the same thing or not I have a 94 750 XIR. Does your hot light come on when it screws up. Let us know what you find out.

I have went through everything i can think of i am going to just take it to the shop this week unless anyone has any ideas that have not been talked about so far. When i get it back from the shop i will let everyone no what they did to it if they can fix it... thanks for everyones help

It could. The carbs dont operate on fuel pressure like FI does, instead the fuel pump fills up a bowl and the carb sucks fuel out of it. If the bowl isnt filled quickly enough it will run until it empties the bowl and then die. If the floats or needles arent adjusted properly, or the pump isnt working properly, or the filter is clogged, etc it could slow down the fuel flow so it will run fine then die. Something else to look into since ignition is pretty much ruled out at this point. Good luck!
