Little more info would be nice. Can you put it in gear? If not does it just not go or does it die when you kick into first? if it diesdoes it lurch? If you can put it in gear what happens when you disengage the clutch? Does it die or lurch or nothing? If it does nothing what happens when you rev it?
If it dies your probably looking at a switch issue, usually a kickstand.
Good luck, and welcome to KF!

Is the propeller shaft spinning? There should be a coupler on the crankshaft of the motor that connects to driveshaft? There is usually a bolt used as a shear pin. If that is sheared off then the two couplers slide apart? need some more details to better diagnose?

Just pull the seat off! You will be able to see the motor, coupler, and driveshaft will be on the back side of motor or the side facing the rear of ski!! All are direct drive! If motor is running the driveshaft and impellar WILL be spinning!

Danny,
First, you should have started a new thread. Its called "highjacking the thread", and its bad form (on any forum) when you tack on your own question at the end of someone else's discussion. Plus, this thread is old... no one is watching it anymore.
But just to help out, you need to check your pump. If the drive shaft is turning and the impeller is not that's bad news. Shaft is broken, impeller is broken, or probalby the whole pump body is swollen up and seized your impeller. Take the ride plate off, the intake grate off, and start looking to remove / rebuild the pump and/or driveshaft.
Good luck.
