That's crazy, its a water craft, its supposed to be able to keep water out. Take it to another dealer. Oh and give us all the name of the dealer, I'm sure after about 1000 e-mails from all of us they will re-think things. Also a good letter threat to Kawasaki might persuade them. But even after all of that I wouldn't go back to them. Let us know what happens.

did you flip the unit over, yeah best way to clean a WC out in a situation like this is act FAST, really fast get that water out and out, plugs out, disable ignition system, Crank it over for 15seconds intervals for 1 minute let the unit sit for 2 mins

Kawasaki will honor the warranty. Go to another dealer and explain that you didn't submerge it, but noticed that when checking the oil it had moisture in it. Tell them that another dealer had looked at it and kept it for X amount of time and when you got it back the motor was locked and your not sure what to do.
DON'T GO WITH ATTITUDE! THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO TURN YOU AWAY IF YOUR HAVING PROBLEMS WITH ANOTHER DEALER.
Be as humble and understanding as you can be. If you get no where call Kawasaki customer service, the number is in the back of your owners had book.
