last time i rode it last summer it ran perfect, this machine is almost new condition. I cranked the machine at home before i went out, its idles and revs normal. went to the river and it ran good for a min, after that it ran 20mph at 4000rpms got worse and better and worse again. at the moment i have the carbs off and just went through the bowls, and they seem to be fine but i cleaned them anyway and blew them out. my fuel filter was dirty and the took it off and blew that out to. My friend thinks the fuel filer is running out of gas, it stays less than half full, is this correct? after the machine is off for a second in the water it will crank up and go fast but then it goes slow again. is this a fuel or carb issue. i know this machine has way less that 75hrs on it. i also drained the tank and ran over 5 gallons of fuel through it running with seafoam in it. I do think i had some bad gas and a really dirty fuel filer.
