1978 kz --is it woth it
i have a chance to purchase a 1978 kz750, it won`t start, no spark. 14,000 miles,all together, good shape except pipes, good compression. title been jumped twice he wants 250.00. how this price sound?

The spark issue is usually an easy fix.
I would worry though about the title. You can run into major obstacles trying to get the bike in your name when people jump titles. I had a similar problem with my KZ, and I wouldn't go through all the mess again even if I was getting a great deal on the bike.

i have yet to see the supposed owner, he says this is what his friend wants for it, but he won`t let me talk to him.and the girl, that gave me this guys #cell calls me and says my husband knows more than the original owner does, i said let me meet him face to face, she says hes to busy,sounds dubios to me at the least ----eh. bob

i offered him, 150.00, thought he`d call back, think i`ll just drop this one like a hot potato.in mi, they can give you a rough time on bikes, more so than cars thanks guys for the help

I've got a 78 KZ 750 itwas trashed when I got it and in a buncha pieces, after some hard work and a few bucksit's totally fun to ride. The price sounds good but the shady seller I would avoid. That's too bad.
