Warped Rotor?

Haha, yea its definitely inside the specs but you'd be weirded out if you were hearing the grinding noise I am. Gonna pull the brakes off today and see if there isn't something messed up with the pads. On a different note though, rewiring the whole bike was relatively easy and only took a few hours

sounds like something (pebble or something) between the pads and disk

good to hear you got the bike wired back up. let us know about the breaks sounds like a good time to replace them if your going to take them off for a look anyways.

hmm, not sure on the wheel bearings either. But yes, ideal pad run out, rim and tire run out along with bearings should be in specs. I have noticed aftermarket brake pads cause me grief on the free turning wheels
