Default vulcan 1500 whinning noise

I've got a Vulcan 1500 Classic that makes a loud whinning noise when you let off the throttle. As long as you are giving it some gas it doesn't make the noise, or if you engage the clutch the noise goes away. I replaced the clutch thinking that might fix it, as well as changing all the fluids, but it is still making the noise. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

Did it just start doing it? when was the last time you changed your oil?

A new clutch and new fluids- I am sure that you have the correct amount of oil installed and that the clutch housing/friction plate clearance is ok? Have you checked your bevel gears in your driveline?

let us know if you figure it out.

All fluids are up to snuff.
When you say clearance, do you mean the freeplay clearance? The clutch went really smooth when I replaced it and the clutch is working better than before.
Can you tell how to check the bevel gears, and where exactly they are?
Could it possibly be the U joint coming out of the motor?
