VIDEO FOR MY NONSTARTING 93 ZX7/R?

still not sure if i have a zx7 or zx7r, but it's not starting...just a buzzing noise coming from the igniter box under the seat. here's a little video to make things a little clearer.

bad relay? have you checked the battery volts?

no, but i had it on a charger while i was starting it up. i have a new battery now but i didn't hook it up yet
