remove the clip ons and all the instrumentation, remove the big nut in the center, loosen the pinch bolts around the fork tubes and lift off. to do the lower, remove the front wheel and slide the forks out.

ok, so why are you wanting to remove the entire triple tree if you do not mind me asking?
