Hey all, i was wondering, does anyone know the tank capacity on an 01 zx9r? ive looked all over the owners manual but it doesn't say anything about capacity.

okay, i did some research and found out that my tank capacity is 19 litres.

one litre = 0.264172051 us gallons

19 litres = 5.019268969 us gallons

basically it is a five gallon tank. for any of you who might have wondered

I think it's like 4.1 gallons or somewhere close to that.

 

bluebird is the conversion genius she will be able to covert it better

When it calculates, it is coming up as 4.94 US gallons. Another site that I use for conversions came up with the exact same number as toozit, so it is just rounding differences (man I feel smart today ). I'd say you're safe in saying its a 5 gallon tank.

As for the 4.1 gallons - that is the conversion to imperial gallons. (the diff between imperial and US gallons is only approx 0.04)
