Default Something you should read.

This is one of the best books I have ever read ( Sport Riding Techniques ) by Nick Ienatsch and foreward by Kenny Roberts. The publisher is David Bull publishing ( www.bullpublishing.com ) The coast is about 24.95 at a book store. This book is great for beginers and those of us that have a few miles in the saddle. It goes over so much Braking, being smooth, how to pratice corectly, and much much more. I have quite a few years and thought It wouldnt help much, but i was so wrong. If you cant afford this book you can reguest your local libary get it. It may take a few weeks but it worth it. Ther is 126 pages and alot of pics with digrams, this is a new book just a couple of years old. Good riding to all of you,and take a saftey course to you new riders.

Default RE: Something you should read.

Sounds like a good book. I have been trying to register for the safety course all week, but their registration forms online aren't working [:@]. It is driving me nuts, I want to be one of the first ones to register cause the early courses fill up fast. The one here is done over three days (Friday from 6 to 9, Saturday and Sunday from 9 to 5 on both days) and they charge $360 Canadian for the course. But I also will get to take my test for my license, so I'll be saving a little bit there. I'm lucky too in the sense that my dad has been riding motorcycles for over 20 years, so I'll be able to get some tips from him (he taught me how to drive a car and I am still accident free after ten years, so he seems to know his stuff).
