Just bought a ZX6R G1 1998 cam tensioner. The part that's come is 12048 1143 and looks like its for the F model....12048 1159 is the G1 part according to the web...are they interchangable?? They look different but both fit the hole and bolts? What do you think?

good chance they interchange. if spring tension and length, and shoe size and all are the same of very very close, i'd run it.. i can't promise that this will work, however.. i'm not saying for sure they'll cross, but the likelyhood of a cross is good.
