The other day I was riding my 2016 Vulcan 650 with about 20k miles on it. The bike shut off while I was going around 20 mph and I coasted into a gas station. At first I thought I stalled then I realized the dash electronics were all off, the ignition and start do nothing and make no clicking or attempt to start.
However, the left side controls work (Horn, turn signals, hazards and a small light above the main headlight that is on when the key is turned to the start position)
So the left hand controls work, the dash and right side controls do not. Ive checked the fuses and when I hooked up my battery charger the charger says 95%.

Any tips would be great, just would like to have an idea of what's going on or if its something I can fix without going to a shop.
