NOT GETTING ANY GAS ??? PLEASE PLEASE HELP !!!!!!
I have a 1997 Kawasaki ninja zx750.......I cleaned the carbs in it . I got a new battery. I put new spark plugs in it. I got new gas. and it just wont start .. So i put sum carb spray in the carbs.and it started right up and then all the sudden it died after like 2 minutes..It was like it was running offf the carb spray .....Its like its not getting any gas what so ever..... im thinking that the fuel pump isnt no good but how would u know.. ???? Can u please help me and let me no ur opinion on what might be the probelm ... and how can i test to see if my fuel pump is bad .. and is there any way that i can hook up the hose from the gas tank directly to the carbrator with out having any probelms ? PLEASE HELP IM LOSING MY MIND thankss

oops my bad. i think ill just shut up and pay atenttion now.
You can use a fuel pressure gauge to test the pump.
Or you could also check the carb floats so see if you are running out of fuel.

I suspect you would be able to hear the pump come on once you turn the key for the prime up. Unplug the harness going to the pump, find the hot lead, put a volt meter on it, and turn the key on. If you get electricity, the pump is probably bad. If not, try replacing the fuel pump relay.
For future reference, only one post is needed to ask a question, not five.
