Mystery red wire with a fuse in it

have you tried putting in a 15 amp fuse??? you might have to cut the tape off to see if any bare wires are touching...

Now all i need to do is figure out whats being bypassed and why the fuse blows, im guessing using a 15 instead of a 10 would be a bad idea
