Mystery red wire with a fuse in it

its a 10 amp fuse that is independant from the main fuse box, its a red wire that goes from the left side under the seat to the right, and in the middle is the fuse.

Bear with me man, I am trying to learn this ride as well. Is this the fuse? The 15 amp one?

sounds like maybe somebody did a little bypassing...pics may help...when you turn on the bike do you hear the fuel pump initialize???

Yea i hear it go and when the fuse is out it doesnt make a sound... Pics will be up soon.
